When inquiring about a catering, it is always good to know:

- Your menu type for event. Client is able to pick menu or give chef creative control. Below are a few menu ideas to better assist. Sometimes this also depends on the time of day. Breakfast and brunch are also available. 

- Your estimated party size

- Whether you will need plates (paper, foam, or glassware) (Glassware is an additional fee.)

- If you would like your food dropped off or set up at event (with heating)

- If you would like FULL SERVICE dining. This means the chef and other assistants will serve the food to the guests for you. This is an additional fee. 

- If you would like drinks provided, we offer tea, lemonade, and water (if needed.)

- If your desired event location has a full kitchen
